Hello and welcome to our love story! We are Josh and Alyssa, and we are thrilled to share our journey with you - a journey filled with twists and turns!

Our story began at Alyssa's college graduation party. Josh, being a brother to a friend of Alyssa’s sister, was invited to the celebration. Little did he know that this seemingly ordinary gathering would change everything. From the moment Josh laid eyes on Alyssa, he was captivated by her grace, intelligence, and infectious laughter (how she remembers it anyways!).

Their connection was instant! Despite living in different cities, they made it work, cherishing every moment they spent together.

However, life had other plans, and their journey took an unexpected turn when Alyssa decided to pursue optometry school St. Louis, MO. The distance proved to be too much of a challenge and they parted ways.

But fate works in mysterious ways, and just when they least expected it, their paths crossed again. With a leap of faith and a glimmer of hope, Josh reached out to Alyssa through the modern-day equivalent of a love letter - a direct message on social media.

To his delight, Alyssa responded, and before they knew it, they were picking up right where they left off.

And so, here we are, ready to embark on a new chapter of our love story. We've learned that love isnt always easy, but it's always worth fighting for. We're grateful for the challenges we've faced because theyve only made our bond stronger.
